How to use:

Step 1: Line the lash line with Hearts Eyeliner Pencil in a dark matte shade according to the lighting, following the natural shape of the eyelid.

Step 2: Apply a smokey shadow in a subtle, shimmery shade, like gold, for highlight. Apply to the inner corners and tops of the cheekbones, and blend with a small, curved brush.
